How we check listings
Finding a business online is easy. Finding one you can trust is harder.

- We speak directly with every business we can. We do not rely solely on online forms and continue to verify listings as they are added.
- We verify relevant registrations, certifications and insurance where applicable. This includes Fidelity Fund Certificates for property practitioners, Certificates of Compliance for electricians, and goods-in-transit insurance for moving companies
- Reviews are connected to verified customer engagements whenever possible. We want feedback to reflect genuine customer experiences rather than anonymous submissions.
- We clearly label sponsored and featured listings. Paying for visibility does not affect verification status and is clearly disclosed to users.
